Конференції та  не публікувалися раніше.
Увага! Всі роботи будуть перевірені
на наявність текстових запозичень.
Оргкомітет залишає за собою право на відбір матеріалів. Статті, що за змістом
та оформленням не відповідають зазначеним вимогам не
приймаються. Публікація статей безкоштовна.
Структура статті: постановка
проблеми, аналіз останніх досліджень, мета статті (постановка завдання; виклад
основного матеріалу дослідження; висновки дослідження і перспективи подальших
розвідок. Назва статті має бути лаконічною (не більше 10 слів).
Стаття має містити: УДК; ім’я та
прізвище автора (-рів); відомість про автора (наукова ступінь, вчене звання,
посада, назва та адреса установи, де працює автор, ідентифікатор ORCID,
Researcher ID, Scopus ID, e-mail; назву статті; анотація (не менше 1800 знаків)
та ключові слова (4-6). Фото автора (при бажанні) додається окремим файлом за
прізвищем у форматі .jpg.
Обсяг статей – 8-10 сторінок; формат
аркуша А-4, у текстовому редакторі Microsoft Word (.docx). Гарнітура – Times
New Roman, кегль шрифта – 14, інтервал між рядками – 1,5; абзац – 1,25 см.
Поля: ліве – 3,0 см, верхнє, нижнє, праве – 2,0 см; без нумерації сторінок. Рисунки,
діаграми, фото просимо надавати окремими файлами в форматі .jpg.
Списки бібліографічних посилань слід
оформлювати згідно із ДСТУ 8302:2015 «Бібліографічне посилання. Загальні
положення та правила
складання». Вказувати цифрові ідентифікатори об’єкта (DOI), присвячені науковим
публікаціям, на які дається посилання. Посилання оформляти у квадратних дужках,
приклад: [2, с. 23]. Після Списку бібліографічних посилань окремим
списком надати References, який має бути оформлений за міжнародним
стандартом АРА. Транслітерацію української мови можна здійснити на
сайті https://translit.kh.ua/#lat/passport.
У кінці статті англійською мовою надати резюме статті (короткий підсумковий
виклад статті). Цей блок має містити
такі елементи: ім’я та
прізвище автора; відомості про автора (науковий ступінь, вчене звання, посада,
місце роботи); назва статті; власне текст, резюме (обсягом не менше як 1800
знаків, включаючи ключові слова (4-6). Презентації повинні бути виконані у
форматі .ppt або.pptx. Назва файлу – прізвище автора латинськими літерами.

Requirements for
conference materials: Materials in the Ukrainian, English, Czech, Slovak and
Polish languages that are relevant to the theme of the conference and have not
been published before, are accepted for publication.

The Organizing
Committee reserves the right to select materials. Articles that do not meet the
specified content and form requirements will not be accepted. Publication of
articles is free of charge.

Article structure: problem statement, analysis of recent research,
purpose of the article (statement of the objectives); presentation of the main
research material; conclusions of the research and prospects for further
research. The title of the article should be concise (no more than 10 words).

The article should contain: UDC; name and surname of the author(s); information
about the author (scientific degree, academic title, position, name and address
of the institution, ORCID identifier, Researcher ID, Scopus ID, e-mail; title
of the article; abstract (at least 1800 characters) and keywords (4-6). A photo
of the author (optional) should be attached as a separate file named by the surname in
.jpg format.

The volume of the article should be 8-10 pages; A-4 sheet format, in the
Microsoft Word text editor (docx file), font Times New Roman, size 14, line
spacing 1.5, paragraph indent 1.25 cm., margins: left – 3.0 cm, top, bottom,
right – 2.0 cm, without page numbering. Drawings, diagrams and photos should be
sent in separate files in .jpg format.

The list of bibliographical references should be drawn up in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015
“Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of compilation”. Digital
object identifiers (DOI) dedicated to scientific publications to which
reference is given, should be indicated. In-text references should be given in
square brackets, for example: [2, p. 23]. After the List of bibliographical
references, a separate list of References should be drawn up according to the
international ARA standard. Transliteration of the Ukrainian language can be
done on the website https://translit.kh.ua/#lat/passport. A summary of the article in English should be given
at the end of the article. This block
should contain the following elements: name and surname of the author;
information about the author (scientific degree, academic title, position,
place of work); title of the article; the actual text, summary (no less than
1800 characters, including keywords (4-6). Presentations must be made in .ppt
or .pptx format. The author’s surname  in Latin script should be used as the file name.

РОЗБУДОВА УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ЕЛЕКТРОННОЇ ДОСЛІДНИЦЬКОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ – ПРІОРИТЕТ
ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ БІБЛІОТЕКИ УКРАЇНИ ІМЕНІ В. І. ВЕРНАДСЬКОГО

Анотація. Статтю присвячено висвітленню питання розбудови інтегрованої системи науково-інформаційних ресурсів у Національній бібліотеці України імені В. І. Вернадського, зокрема започаткування бібліотечної цифрової платформи підтримки наукових досліджень в Україні ResearchUA. Наголошено, що ця платформа орієнтована на розбудову української електронної дослідницької інфраструктури та формування національного цифрового наукового простору задля входження наукових електронних бібліотечно-інформаційних ресурсів України до сучасних світових цифрових комунікацій. Нині актуальним є здійснення спільних проєктів, спрямованих на формування корпоративних інформаційних мереж, зведених електронних каталогів, бібліотечно-інформаційних консорціумів, тематичних баз даних і цифрових бібліотек, забезпечених єдиними програмними пошуковими системами та доступом через єдиний спеціалізований інформаційний портал. Особливого значення також набуває захист інформаційного простору України та культурного надбання українського народу шляхом оцифрування історико-культурної спадщини, створення надійної системи збереження та організації доступу до цифрових копій об’єктів національної пам’яті 24/7. Зроблено висновок, що на сучасному етапі місце і роль наукових бібліотек у процесі формування національного наукового інформаційного простору визначатиметься їхньою здатністю до системної трансформації усієї бібліотечно-інформаційної діяльності через інновацію. Багатофункціональність бібліотечної взаємодії передбачає оптимальне поєднання функціональних можливостей усіх наукових бібліотек України на єдиній платформі, що значно скоротить фінансові та матеріально-технічні витрати, призведе до
підвищення якості бібліотечних продуктів і послуг із забезпечення своєчасною, повною та достовірною інформацією, активізує залучення бібліотечних фахівців, пришвидшить час обслуговування та розширить категорії користувачів.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE UKRAINIAN ELECTRONIC RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE IS
A PRIORITY V. I. VERNADSKYI NATIONAL LIBRARY OF UKRAINE

Abstract. The article is devoted to highlighting the issue of building an integrated system of scientific and informational resources in the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine, in particular, the launch of a library digital platform to support scientific research in Ukraine ResearchUA. It is noted that this platform is focused on the development of Ukrainian electronic research infrastructure and the formation of a national digital scientific space for the entry of scientific electronic library and information resources of Ukraine into modern global digital communications. Currently, the implementation of joint projects aimed at the formation of corporate information networks, integrated electronic catalogs, library and information consortia, thematic databases and digital libraries, provided with unified software search systems and access through a single specialized information portal, is relevant. The protection of the information space of Ukraine and the cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people by digitizing the historical and cultural heritage, creating a reliable preservation system and organizing access to digital copies of objects of national memory 24/7 is also of particular importance. It was concluded that at the current stage, the place and role of scientific libraries in the process of forming the national scientific information space will be determined by their ability to systemically transform all library and information activities through innovation. The multi-functionality of library interaction provides an optimal combination of the functional capabilities of all scientific libraries of Ukraine on a single platform, which will significantly reduce financial and material and technical costs, lead to an increase in the quality of library products and services to provide timely, complete and reliable information, activate the involvement of library specialists, speed up time service and expand user categories.
